•1 whole rabbit
•3 tomatoes
•1 bunch parsley
•1 bunch onion leaves
•5 hot peppers
•1 purple onion
•peppercorns
•½ clove garlic
•1 teaspoon tomato paste
•1 tablespoon palm oil
•1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 liter water
•2 seasoning bouillon cubes
1- Cut the rabbit into 8 pieces and wash thoroughly.
2- Wash vegetables. Mash 2 slices of garlic, the onion leaves and the peppercorns in a blender until smooth.
3- Add fresh tomatoes, chillies and onion. Add salt and seasoning cubes.
8- Close the saucepan and simmer over low heat.
5- Place the cleaned pieces of meat in the pan.
4- 5 minutes later, add the liter of water to allow the meat to cook through.
5- Remove the ingredients (chillies, tomatoes, onion). Place in a blender, taking care to crush only 2 chillies. Simmer for 15 minutes.
15- Add the resulting mixture. Add the seasoning cubes, preferably at the beginning of the preparation. Grate the remaining slices of ½ clove garlic and finely chop the parsley, adding them to the cooking mixture.
